How does lone working with Safeguard work?
The hardware of Twigs will, in the event of an emergency (man down), trigger an alarm automatically. In cases of aggression or violence, an alarm can be activated by the push of a button.
Send an alarm
An alarm is sent to Safeguard. An alarm can be sent manually or automatically, such as in a situation where someone falls down the stairs.
On-site first aid personnel is alerted instantly
The alert is sent to the available emergency responders. Through the integration with Safeguard, the nearest responders are instantly notified and provided with location and incident information.
