How does an emergency button work with Safeguard?
Example: aggression. Emergency buttons send a signal to Safeguard. By assigning a location and scenario, the appropriate emergency responders are alerted, saving time when it is most crucial.
Emergency button is pressed
The employee presses the panic button. It's important in this case that there is no sound to prevent the situation from worsening, and to avoid unnecessarily triggering the aggressor.
On-site security receives an alert
The on-site security personnel receive a silent alarm (only vibration). They receive the location of the button and any additional pre-set information, such as: "Potential aggression at the reception. Proceed calmly."
Communication channels are ready
Optionally, utilise push-to-talk and communicate with fellow emergency responders. This way, you stay informed about the developments of an intervention.
