How does lone working with Safeguard and X-Guard work?

X-Guard is a mobile application that, in the event of an emergency (man down), triggers an alarm automatically. In cases of aggression or violence, an alarm can be activated either through the screen or using an installed alarm button.

Send an alarm

An alarm is sent from X-Guard to Safeguard. An alarm can be sent manually or automatically, such as in a situation where someone falls down the stairs.

On-site first aid personnel is alerted instantly

The alert is sent to the available emergency responders. Through the integration with Safeguard, the nearest responders are instantly notified and provided with location and incident information.

Direct forwarding to the alarm center

If no one is available, the alarm center is contacted, and they determine whether emergency services need to be deployed. This ensures there is always someone available to provide assistance to the lone worker.
