This month we are celebrating our 10-year anniversary! We won’t let this special moment pass unnoticed: after a wonderful team weekend in Albania, it’s time to look back and look ahead.
What started as an ambition to make workplace safety smarter, has grown into a platform trusted by thousands of first aiders every single day.
Over the past 10 years, together with organizations and partners, we have experienced unforgettable moments: from the very first launch to new features that make a difference in critical situations.
To mark this anniversary, our founders Ingmar and Gertjan share how Safeguard was founded, the milestones they’ve achieved along the way, and what you can expect from the future.

Some plans are still top secret, but one thing is certain: we will continue building innovative solutions that ensure safety in every organization.
Thank you for being part of this story. Together we provide safety you can rely on: today, tomorrow and in the years to come. 🎉
